What's up guys? My name is Seth Studdley. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. Today, we are talking about my husband teases me and I don't like it.

All right, guys. We are back. We're answering one of y'all's questions. Here it is. Help. My husband teases me constantly in front of our kids and I hate it.

My husband is a loud, aggressive type and he grew up and allowed an aggressive home. We have four young kids and we're trying to teach them to be kind, caring, considerate and loving, but my husband's behavior towards me is nothing like that.

If I tell him that I don't like his behavior, he just says it's a joke or lighten up or why do you always have to be so serious about everything.

Our kids are now starting to treat each other the way that my husband treats me and puts and he puts them in time out and or takes their devices away.

WTF. They are acting like him, but he can't see it. Please help me.

So I got a lot of thoughts about this one and it's a real shame that we get to a point and we've done this too.

Right.

That where our kids, the little tiny kids that we made that we're responsible for are doing things that they learn from us and now they're getting in trouble.

Right.

It's like learning how to speed from a cop and then they pull you over.
