Today we're going to be talking about a number of basically their reverberations of the

Dobs decision.

The Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v Wade.

You know, at TPM, we have been dedicating a lot of time to how Congress might potentially

overrule what the Supreme Court did in Dobs.

Basically come back and legislate a national abortion right and how that plays into the

midterm election and so on and so forth.

But as has been clear, well, it was clear long before Dobs, but has been clear ever since

Dobs came down, abortion, the jurisprudence over abortion is tied to something called

the right to privacy and the way that this decision was overturned made pretty clear that

this current Supreme Court does not think there is a right to privacy.

Now some of the justices were very quick to say, hey, this has nothing to do with anything

else.

Just abortion.
