as the White House, in conversations with tariffs around the world have rocked everybody to the question of uncertainty, which of course is more

and make announcements 10% on everyone importing into the U.S.

And then reciprocal tariffs.

That seemed to be the piece that introduced uncertainty massively. I've read since then

that if it had been merely 10%, the market would have said, okay, we'll deal with it. But reciprocal

not. Is that correct, Liz, reciprocal rocked, the investor class, and the sovereign wealth funds.
