Okay, guys, an ugly day for the stock market again so lots of volatility we're going to get to that

we're also going to talk about Disney but let's begin with the stock market volatility

and specifically James Bank of America.

This stock has been on a roller coaster.

The CEO came out today trying to reassure investors saying that the bank's not going

to issue new shares.

But what do you make a Bank of America?

Well, that's a long big question.

I have a quote Mac on my little,

my screen on my computer at home.

Says, do not enforce what you cannot

command I don't know who said it but it's applicable here because Brian Moynihan

is making these promises about not issuing new capital and when you have to go out and

make these public statements that that itself, that you're on the

defensive like that is a bad sign.
