Halifax have published their numbers for February and the market, Rob, has reached new peaks.

That is a attention grabbing headline or you could say less exciting. The market is up by

0.3 for the month. But record highs is a lot

sexier as far as a catchy headline goes. Yeah, record highs is one way of putting it,

just kind of bumbling along is another way of putting it, which is far less headline grabbing.

But it's true, the annual rate of growth has increased now a whole 1.3%.

But when you go back and look over the last

couple of years, it's really evident just how weak the second half of last year was. There were
