0:18.0	You know, it's time to do a market spotlight.
0:20.0	We haven't done one in months, and I figured we should start spotlighting all the markets that were in.
0:25.8	And so today we're going to start with one of my favorite, it's Jacksonville, Florida.
0:30.3	And Jacksonville is a very large coastal city located in the northeast corner of Florida. And,

0:35.0	And unlike some cities, what I like about Jacksonville is it's mainly a white and blue color type of market.
0:41.0	So instead, you know, the most prevalent occupations for people
0:45.4	in Jacksonville I have found are a mix of both white and blue collar type jobs, but overall
0:50.8	Jacksonville is a city of sales and office workers, professionals and service providers.
0:56.0	And it's really one of the reasons why I like that market so much.
