0:41.8	Southern California specifically on the border of Los Angeles

0:46.9	I understand that out-of-state real estate investing is the way to go, but I'm 30 years old,
0:52.0	not a homeowner, and I have plans to be married
0:54.7	and have kids within five years. Wow very specific goal Lester that's great.
0:59.6	So he goes on to say I have about 20% of a median home price in LA saved up and I am weighing my options.
1:06.5	Should I rent my whole life if I plan to stay in so-cal and invest out of state?
1:11.2	Should I buy a home with a lot of rooms in California and quote unquote
1:14.7	house hack and or pursue ADU eligible homes, ADU meaning additional dwelling unit, ADU eligible homes or homes with ADUs in California to make sense of the numbers.
