Tell them who you are I'm still trying to figure that out exactly. I am Charlie Bowden. Hi Charlie good to see you

this morning. It's a pleasure. So Charlie I'm so glad you came on I know how

hard you've been working for the last several years but certainly for the last three years on

informing yourself and getting knowledgeable so that you are not just spouting randomness or hyperbole out and about

and so that you could show up as a part of the voting negotiating committee to really be informed of everyone's

collective best interests, individual gains and losses, all of those things.

So I know all the work you've been doing,

but will you tell everyone essentially

about these contract history things

that you've been doing the last three years?

Oh sure, no, this is great is great long story short I've been in the

Union I've been a working actor for about 21 years a little over 21 years and I

realized about four years ago after years and years of going to waiting rooms for auditions and having friends that were performers as well, that everybody had a different idea of what the rules were. I'm doing air quotes what the rules are.

And you could sit in a waiting room for just long enough to hear

contradictions as to what people think overtime is or what rest periods are or or fitting, you know,

violations and all these different things. There was just, I realized that I needed to after this long, I needed to open up the contract myself and start reading it.

Tell them how many pages? the CBA the codified basic agreement which is our film

contract is over 800 and I think it's like 817 pages long. That's the 2014 version. But they don't make a new codified

basic agreement every single cycle. They make what we're discussing now, which is an MOA.
