You know, I just want to clarify one thing.

Many of these Border Patrol agents and ICE agents, as I mentioned to you once before,

that many of these are hardened veteran cops.

My son just got a tentative officer from Border Patrol this morning.

Stuart, you're a longtime policeman, law enforcement guy. Your son is too. Almost 50 years.

Yeah. Yeah, my son, between my son and myself, we have over 60 years. He, uh, he worked inner

city. He's been a fatal shooting. He knows, you know, what's going on in inner cities.

And a lot of these Border Patrol agents are like him.

They are hiring from hardened veteran police officers.

So it's not like, you know, they've been in Border Patrol their entire lives and don't know how to deal with in inner cities. But, Stuart, let me ask you a question. The shooting, I can understand how that happens. The guy shouldn't have been there with a gun. I'm going to ask me this. I'm looking at that shooting. It doesn't look justified to me. You know, my son and I had a conversation about this this morning, and I wasn't there so my response is

tentative I would tend to agree with you you know the guy what had gotten a

broken rib a week before fighting police so you know you know what his mindset

was and I wasn't there you know you can look at the videos you can have an opinion but I just wasn't there and You know, you can look at the videos, you can have an opinion, but I just wasn't there.
