Hey, we'll get to Minnesota. We'll get to Jimmy Kimmel, Colbert, we'll get to CBS, we'll get to the Hilton, we'll get to Melania, we'll get to the mayor, we'll know. You've got a lot to talk about today.

What the hell? This is ridiculous to the mayor. We've got a lot to talk about today. What the hell?

This is ridiculous, this weather.

We've had big snowstorms before.

In fact, much bigger than this one.

But in every case, the day or two after the snowstorm, it gets over freezing, over 32 degrees, and it starts melting.

We've never had this happen before before where you get the snowstorm,

and then it stays in the teens for the whole week,

and the snow just doesn't go away.

So it's just miserable outside.

It's hard to stay outside very long.

You don't even have to go to the gym.

You get all your exercise jumping over

snow banks and puddles and slush and it's going to be a while before you can go back to regular

shoes. You got to wear your snow shoes, your snow boots, your ugly shoes. It's just a mess out there.

The mayor is calling it code blue. That's the new term uh 11 people have died already outside they found

dead people outside who were out in the streets and uh just died in the cold weather and uh it's cold

blue that's what the city remains in code blue which means that we are intensifying outreach, that we are

conducting round-the-clock checks, and have loosened traditional shelter intake procedures

to accommodate as many New Yorkers as possible. You got to admit, he's very good at those

press conferences. He sounds very authoritative when he talks. He may not know what he's doing,
