Okay, so I don't understand how the NCA factors in all this money for congestion pricing but they're collecting

the money on the city streets why isn't the city collecting that money when you go over the

verizano it's because you're going over their bridge for the tbeta yeah that's a very good point

nobody's brought that up that's an excellent point uh if the MTA needs more money, raise the affair in the subway. But if you're taking money on the street as a toll on a bridge or a toll to drive on a road, that's supposed to go for paying for the roads.

That was the idea originally. Of course, it wasn't true. But yeah, you're absolutely right. I'm going to keep using that as a big issue. Toll money on the streets has no business going to the MTA.
