Yes. Although this story has gone national on television. The pathologist, she was, he was not

killed by a car. The pathologist testified there were no injuries on him that looks like being injuries when you were

struck by a car like bruising okay there were animal bites on his arm that's all she found i.e.

they had a dog in the house where um but he was found dead out in the snow right because they're saying the

people in the house killed him and uh eventually uh cocked up some story which didn't hold water

and dumped his body in the snow but anyhow also the um reconstruction experts, which were brought in, hired by an agency they didn't name, they couldn't name, i.e. the FBI.

And they said the prosecution's description of the so-called accident would have killed John O'Keefe was not accurate.

And the FBI was called in because the county...

So they weren't able to prove their case, and there was too much doubt.
