Powell, Jerome Powell, the Fed chairman, seems to be the most political Fed chairman ever.

You're supposed to go by the data that determines when you raise rates or when you lower rates.

He always seems to do the opposite of what the data shows.

He's a big Democrat, a big Biden lover, a big Trump hater, and that could explain his weird decision.

In support of our goals, today the Federal Open Market Committee decided to leave our policy

interest rate unchanged.

Okay.

Despite elevated uncertainty, the economy is in a solid position.

The unemployment rate remains low, and the labor market is at or near maximum employment.

Now, the economy is strong, very strong, but one thing Powell always does, he'll do that in these
