So, you know, one of the things is you've talked about so many concepts over the years.

And, you know, back in the day, I was always confused because I was like calling personal trader friends. I'm like, so what's the deal? I eat a banana an hour before the workout. But then within two hours after I eat, I have to eat protein. And I was all confused. And then I remember you being like, look, when you are a fat burner and you're in this
