This case, the Mark Sanchez assault case, it's just, it doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense, you know. And everyone is

weighing in on it. The defense attorneys, the NFL, of course, Fox with who Mark Sanchez is employed

by as a football analyst. What happened on Saturday night?

What made a former professional football player get into an aggressive confrontation

with a truck driver?

You see, you can't really see in this thumbnail up on the screen the extent of his injuries.

But Mark Sanchez, a USC quarterback, and then, of course, a quarterback for the New York Jets for most of his eight-year NFL career.

He was charged with battery on Saturday after a confrontation in Indianapolis.

He was arrested after being stabbed during a confrontation with a truck drive outside an Indianapolis hotel.

This is according to the New York Times.

Mr. Sanchez was arrested at a hospital on Saturday and charged with battery, resulting in injury,

unlawful entry of a motor vehicle in public intoxication.

All of the charges are misdemeanors.

However, they have since been upgraded to felonies.

Mr. Sanchez was intoxicated when he confronted a truck driver who was parked in a loading dock of the Western Hotel in downtown

Indianapolis, according to charging documents, filed in Marion County court on Sunday.

The driver, an unidentified at the time, a 69-year-old man, his name is actually Perry Toll,

who wears hearing aids that arrive to recycle the hotel's frying oil early on saturday mr sanchise confronted the driver at the loading dock

saying the man did not have permission to be there and that the hotel did not want its fry

oil replaced according to court documents.
