We got a lot to get into today.

President Xi told Biden that mainland China will reunify with Taiwan.

Straight up told him to his face.

What does that mean?

We're going to get into if you attack Harvard President Claudine Gay, you are a racist. I don't know if you know that. And hopefully we'll get a little bit more into what's happening here with people leaving New York and the migrants, but all that. First, we got to talk about Colorado. When was the last time anybody actually thought about Colorado? Now it's all in the news, Colorado. Well, that's because the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to kick Trump off the ballot is very

controversial. I mean, they say he violated the 14th Amendment by engaging an insurrection on January

6th and therefore under Colorado's election law, he is disqualified from being the president.

Now, first of all, this is something that I think the Supreme Court not only will take up, but has to take up.

And how they're going to decide?

Here's what's interesting.

This decision by the Supreme Court of Colorado was decided by seven democratically appointed

justices, but there was a split. Three of them disagreed with the decision. They issued these

really scathing dissents. So there is a chance the Supreme Court will overrule this.

And I have to tell you, there's a lot of problems with this decision. The first of all is this court said, okay, the 14th Amendment applies to a president,

even though the language of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment doesn't even mention the
