Well, we've got lots to get to this hour.

So just moments ago, a Manhattan judge denied Donald Trump's request for a new trial in that E. Jean Carroll civil suit,

Judge Lewis Kaplan rejected the president's motion, ruling that there was ample, arguably overwhelming

evidence that Mr. Trump forcibly, digitally penetrated Ms. Carroll.

Well, I mean, I'm not a legal expert, and I wasn't there watching the case, but from what we've read,

there was not, in my opinion, ample overwhelming evidence.

All there was was his testimony or her testimony.

And this is the last woman on earth, I'd believe.

So just her testimony.

But again, you're in a Manhattan courtroom where you can get some real Trump-hating people in that system.

And to them, it was ample, overwhelming evidence.

Just one wacky woman claiming something years later?

That's overwhelming evidence.

So this is the problem with this new Jack Smith witch hunt stuff.

The reason he's going after January 6th, he needs to get into a D.C. courtroom where they're most likely Trump haters on the bench,

Trump haters on the jury, Trump haters that'll go after them, that'll just vote guilty no matter

what, so that's what they're hoping for. You've got to just keep trying to delay this and delay this

and delay this until next November. If you can delay that long, then the entire American public,

350 million people, will become the biggest jury in history. They'll vote guilty or innocent.
