Well, it's been a quite a night here in New York. It's a hot, sweltering day to day. This will be the worst day of the week. It'll get near 105 or 106. That real field temperature. Actual temperature, 95, 96. It's hot. It's hot. We have a lot of listeners in Florida right now. We're laughing at us that we think this is hot, but they're used to it. Now, we'll get to the shooting. We'll get to all the latest on it. We'll get to the mayoral race. We'll get to Epstein. We'll get to Colbert. We'll get to Russia. The latest on the shooter is that he, we know he's from Las Vegas.

He did work as a security guard in a casino.

He was licensed to carry a concealed weapon.

He drove here from Las Vegas, a BMW, in the car, that rifle.

In the car also was a handgun, fully loaded.

He had ammunition, all of that stuff.

Experts that watched him get out of his car. He pulled up at the Park Avenue building, just double part, got out of his car he pulled up at the park avenue building just double

at it said they could tell he was not trained on guns by the way he was holding the rifle

he came into the building and was looking for the NFL. It's a big skyscraper,

52nd and Park Avenue, 51st in Park. It actually takes up a whole block. It's a beautiful building. It was built by Lou Rudin. It's the Rudin family. They have their headquarters in that building. Also in the building, you've got Blackstone, you got NFL, you got a lot of tenants. And, you know, the Rudens were always very innovative, very ahead of the curve on things. I remember they were putting in fiber optics before anybody in their buildings a million years ago. And this building had safe rooms, safe bathrooms with

bulletproof doors that could be locked where you could seal yourself inside. A lot of the

employees knew it and use those during the shooting. So the shooter comes in. He's looking for the

NFL offices. Got mixed up., they believe he got in the wrong

elevator bank, and that's why he came out on the 33rd floor. He started shooting in the lobby

on the 33rd floor, hitting several people. The cop that was there, 47th precinct, but the NYPD has a program where you can

hire police to be part of your security detail. You know, obviously a lot of people hire an

off-duty cop to come work and play in close. This is a different thing. This is a program the

NYPD has. You can hire a policeman
