Well, I guess that's it. You're in the right place at the right time, ladies and gentlemen. This is going to go on for months.

I hope you'll stick with me because there's a lot of disinformation and misinformation even coming from so-called experts on some of our favorite shows, and I'm here to help us walk through this and defend this nation against a tyranny in our midst as far as I'm concerned.

Now, what happened today? Nancy Pelosi walked to the podium about 5 p.m. Eastern time and announces that she is beginning a formal impeachment inquiry.

There are leaks to NBC and other media outlets, friendly to the Democrats, about two hours before stating that that's exactly what she would do.

And she said, as you will hear later, during the course of her mini-pressivement, that she is directing the six chairman of these six committees to work together and to provide their information to the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Gerald Nandler.

Ladies and gentlemen, that's exactly what they're doing right now. As I've been telling people in the media for the last two hours, or hour, I should say.

That is, this is not a formal impeachment inquiry. In as much as the full House of Representatives has not been asked to vote on it, a roll call vote a head count where each one is to be noted.

Impeachment is serious business. It's not left to committee chairman. It's not left to the Speaker of the House. It's not left to the Judiciary Committee.

The full House of Representatives, tradition in this country, process in this country if it wishes to proceed with a formal impeachment inquiry, which is a crucially important and grave event.

Then it requires a body politic, not committee chairman and the Speaker of the House to launch it.

And she wouldn't take a vote on the House floor. And she's in charge of scheduling. She did not allow vote on the House floor because she's still trying to protect 30, 40, 50 of her members.

So she makes this pronouncement like she's some kind of a fascist dictator that she is determined one person from San Francisco, one House district that she is determined to launch a formal impeachment inquiry. That's not what the Constitution calls for. So that's what she's done.

There's been absolutely no change. They changed except the labeling and the nomenclature. That's it. That's it.

And then she cites the Constitution and Benjamin Franklin, the same party that attacks the Constitution day in and day out. That attacks the authors of the Constitution and the ratifiers of the Constitution day in and day out.
