Summary

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, following the two acts of domestic terrorism this weekend our nation is worn out, worn down, and we already knew that following these horrific slaughters that the media would blame President Trump, the NRA, and the second amendment. However, the one word we're not hearing is — virtue. Virtue has been pushed off of television, out of the movie theaters, and even out of the public square because of the Supreme Court. As such, morality is up for grabs, this is the breakdown of our civil society. Virtue, morality, and faith cannot be legislated. We should celebrate morality and virtue for only faith and a commitment to law and order that stop terrorist acts such as these, not more government. Later, this media has become sick and vicious; never once does the media pause for a moment of introspection or self-reflection. perhaps dialing back their own inflammatory rhetoric. Self-reflecting on whether they should get back to reporting the news based on facts, not social opinions. In the same way that Elizabeth Warren is not responsible for one of the shooters that supported her, nor Bernie Sanders for the shooting of Congressman Steve Scalise; we must stop blaming others, blaming video games, social media, or even mental illness without knowing the facts. Better yet, maybe we should get back to tried and true morals and values that reinforce our society as a whole. Lastly, China has devalued its currency in an attempt to defend itself against US tariffs on their goods; a devalued Yuan is worth less so less can be bought and traded unless more dollars are used. 1:10.0	You see a horrific slaughter followed by another horrific slaughter, and then you hear the static. It's always the same.
1:18.0	Always the same. Same quarters, same politicians, same media types, same agendas.
1:29.0	And we all knew, as soon as these slaughter occurred the first and then the second, they would blame the president, and the NRA, and the Second Amendment.
1:39.0	This is not the way the media are supposed to function. This is not the way politics in America is supposed to work.
1:53.0	We have a broken culture, and there's one word that's missing in Washington. There's one word that's missing in the press.
2:03.0	There's one word that's missing among politicians. It's the word virtue.
2:10.0	And I've had a lot of time to think about this. It took place watching what's going on today.
2:19.0	Listening to no talk radio at all. That's just me.
2:27.0	And just doing some thinking, soul searching, virtue.
2:35.0	We push virtue off a television. Remember the old television shows? They had a message.
2:43.0	We've pushed virtue out of the movie theaters. Remember the old Wild West shows and World War II shows and so forth?
2:52.0	We've pushed virtue out of the public square by order of the Supreme Court. Religion, faith, what have you.
3:02.0	Morality is up for grabs. People celebrate in morality. They even want to give it legal protections.
3:14.0	The breakdown of the civil society. It's all around us.
3:21.0	The people for the most part who do these mass killings are evil people for a variety of reasons. And why does everybody think they have the answer?
