Now again, the FBI, the Department of Justice, the prosecutors make no sense.

They're concerned you see they need an urgent warrant because their spies, apparently one or more spies at Mar-a-Largo, they must have or at least they claim witnesses are concerned that documents were being destroyed.

Now Mr. Producer, why doesn't this make any sense? America? Why doesn't this make any sense?

Because we've also been told in other leaks that Merrick Garland for weeks wasn't sure whether or not they should seek a search warrant, right?

Now wait a minute.

So documents are being destroyed according to spies that are in the president's home. But Mar-a-Garland doesn't say get in there boys and go get it as fast as you can. He's not sure what to do.

This is all bull crap. If I were just on podcast I called exactly what I'm thinking. So it's urgent but they wake 19 months. So it's urgent. Then they wake another two months. They're in there in June, they grab nothing.

Then they're told things are being destroyed and Merrick Garland has to ponder this for two or three or four weeks.

This is nonsensical. Nonsensical.

Then we have a master, not a full federal judge, a master.

Masters don't go through Senate confirmation. I don't know.

I was contacted by a former federal prosecutor. You'd know who it is and that former federal prosecutor said to me in all the cases I've handled we haven't had a master issue.

A search warrant certainly not in a big case. Well, this is as big as it gets. What's wrong? We're all the federal district judges in South Florida busy.

Were they all busy? So they give it to this master.

They grab all the documents. And I heard my friend John you professor you very smart man say.

Well, that doesn't mean it's unconstitutional. No, it does mean it's unconstitutional. It's a general warrant.
