On Friday's Mark Levin Show, former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was assassinated while giving a campaign speech. The killer used a homemade shotgun and was arrested on the spot. A different man is now in custody for threatening the life of U.S Sen. Ted Cruz. In a separate event, Justice Kavanaugh had to sneak out of a restaurant's back door because protesters terrorized him and his family. President Biden knowing all of this attacks the Supreme Court in a speech and says nothing to tamp down the violence. Every last word Biden uttered about abortion and medicine being stuck in the 19th century was false; modern medicine keeps children alive. Later, the teacher's union is attacking the role of parents in every way including changing the terms 'mom' and 'dad' to 'birthing parent' and 'non-birthing parent.' Arizona has implemented a school choice law that covers all students not public school students so that their parents will have equality and choice in K-12 education. 1:59.4	Well, quickly Elon Musk has just notified Twitter. He's terminating the deal.
2:07.4	He's $44 billion by Twitter. CNBC reports, According to a letter sent by Lauren's behalf to the company's chief legal officer.
2:17.4	Why? Because he says Twitter is not coming clean with how many phony accounts it has.
2:25.4	And in the letter disclosed in an SEC filing, Skadenarp's attorney Mike Ringler tried to Twitter is not complied with its contractual obligations.
2:35.4	Did not provide Musk with relevant business information he requested.
2:39.4	As Ringler said the contract would require Musk has previously said he wanted to assess Twitter's claims
2:45.4	that about 5% of its monetizable daily activity users are spam accounts.
2:51.4	Twitter has failed or refused to provide this information, Ringler claims. Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk's requests.
2:57.4	Sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that are peer to beyond justified.
3:03.4	Sometimes it has claimed to comply with giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information.
3:09.4	And so the lawyer also charged in the letter that Twitter breached the merger agreement because it allegedly contains material inaccurate representations.
3:17.4	And that's based on Musk's own preliminary review of spam accounts on Twitter's platform.
3:23.4	And Twitter said it's not possible to calculate spam accounts from solely public information.
3:28.4	Well then provide the man with the information he asked for.
3:33.4	But apparently Twitter is not going to do that. Typical lib operation.
3:42.4	What's the truth, Twitter?
