And the Democrats keep talking about fundamental transformation. They reject the constitution,

except when they think they can use it to destroy it.

Look at what's happening to the cops in New York City, it breaks my heart. I look what's happening to the kids in New York City.

We don't have a plan yet. We're not sure if we're going to open the schools or not.

You look at the pathetic, disgusting mayor, the pathetic, disgusting city council.

I mean, this is right out of Moscow. And Cuomo sits back.

He shoots spitballs like he doesn't have any responsibility. The governor has power to even take over the city.

Cities belong to the states. Did you know that? Cities belong to the states.

The governor is the ultimate authority. And look at him, the putts.

But the left keeps talking about fundamental transformation. And I'm starting to think we need to be thinking about fundamental transformation.

In ways that strengthen liberty, that save our cities, that support our cops and our military.

We need to start thinking of fundamental transformation.

As of right now, because of our constitutional construct, the federal government has very little say over what takes place in our elementary and middle school and high school classrooms.
