Summary

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the culture of the ruling class puts blame on 'the system' instead of individuals taking responsibility for their own actions. Congress just passed a law preventing 18-21-year-olds from buying certain weapons and it didn't matter in the case of the Highland Park, IL shooting on July 4th because the real issue is cultural decay. The Highland shooter had run-ins with police including a suicide threat yet he purchased the rifle anyway to go on a killing spree. The media and gun critics stand up as if they have some sort of moral superiority and they blame law-abiding citizens and firearms for the actions of sick, hateful, mentally ill individuals. The ruling class has failed this nation but demands more power instead of less. Then, for the past 33 years National Public Radio (NPR) has read the Bill of Rights in honor of America's birthday, but this year they scrapped that tradition for an 11-minute conversation on 'equality.' Later, Nancy Pelosi continues to abuse her authority as Speaker of the House. Pelosi and the Democrats have no intention of publicly accepting testimony from the five witnesses that know that Donald Trump authorized 20,000 National Guard troops. The entire purpose of this committee is to criminalize Trump and his politics - this is not Constitutional. Pelosi, Liz Cheney, and the whole circus should be questioned under oath as to what they know about all of this. We already know what actions Trump took and none of them were crimes. 2:05.4	They just passed this law, didn't they? 18 to 21-year-olds couldn't buy rifles and all kinds of other kinds of things in this law that we told you wouldn't matter.
2:21.4	They don't matter and they're not going to matter.
2:29.4	We've got a huge problem in this country and it's a cultural decay.
2:37.4	That's what's going on in this country, cultural decay, the decay of the civil society, the war on cops, the way that human life is viewed, whether it's abortion, and fantasized.
2:57.4	What's the issue? A lack of punishment, a lack of discipline in our schools and homes, in so many ways the old way, quote unquote, worked, didn't it?
3:17.4	Yeah it did, but the culture is in deep decay, deep decay, and it's only getting worse and it's only going to get worse for a number of reasons.
3:37.4	Now, 68 people were shot in Chicago over the weekend. 68 people.
3:49.4	7 were murdered. Could be hired by now, I lost count quite frankly.
3:55.4	Two officers were shot in Philadelphia.
4:03.4	Unbelievable. You had shootings in Minneapolis, eight people.
4:13.4	New York, 50 shot, nine killed, 50.
4:19.4	And this horrendous mass murder in Highland Park.
4:25.4	Highland Park has an assault weapons man. A very strange law, as a matter of fact.
4:37.4	And they killer who shot 45 people, seven of whom were dead right now, 45 people from a rooftop.
4:49.4	The weapons he purchased, excuse me, he purchased after his dealings with authorities. He had many dealings with authorities.
5:01.4	An attempted suicide. They went to the family home. They removed 17 knives. They removed some other weapons.
