Summary

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, of the thousands of former prosecutors out there 370 of them wrote a letter saying that they would have indicted President Trump if he weren't President. The problem is that if he wasn't president there'd be no case, to begin with; these prosecutors that had no involvement in the case know nothing about the Constitution. This is similar to the psychologists that assessed Trump's mental health despite never having even met him. These lawyers should be disbarred. This, as Dan Boorstein points out in his book, is a pseudo-event. which "spawn[s] other pseudo-events in geometric progression. This is partly because every kind of pseudo-event (being planned) tends to become ritualized, with a protocol and a rigidity all its own. As each type of pseudo-event acquires this rigidity, pressures arise to produce other, derivative, forms of pseudo-event which are more fluid, more tantalizing, and more interestingly ambiguous" as quoted in "Unfreedom of the Press." Then, if Attorney General William Barr would have given Congress the Mueller Report when they asked for it, he would be violating federal law yet they want to hold him in contempt for upholding the law. These are laws passed by Congress that Congress has the ability to change, but they haven't because they want to create a pseudo-event to fuel the media narrative. Later, the left continues attacking fossil fuels in the name of climate change. The best way to tackle the UN and climate change is how comedian George Carlin classically put it. After, Hamas terrorists have fired 700 missiles into Israel. Firing the rockets from hospitals and schools to avoid retaliation while targeting schools and hospitals in Israel to maximize civilian casualties, yet the media reports it as "both sides firing rickets" and present the Palestinians as passive victims while portraying the Jews as oppressive aggressors. Hello, everybody. Mark Levin here, our number 877-3813811-877-3813811. We are loaded for bear.

We've got a lot to work through here, ladies and gentlemen, so thank you for being here. You're going to want to be here all three hours.

1:02.0

It's exciting, isn't it? I could do this for ten hours. There's so much to talk about.

1:07.0

But let's get started here. You've heard it on the news. Wow, look at this.

1:14.0

370 former prosecutors wrote a letter, and they said they would have indicted the President of the United States for obstruction.

1:25.0

Had he not been president? 300 former prosecutors, you know, ladies and gentlemen, there's about 50,000 former prosecutors, maybe a hundred thousand.

1:34.0

Federal State Local. So this is completely a joke. It's what we call pseudo events here, to pseudo story in order to create news.

1:45.0

Now let's walk through this. And over there at the Washington Compost, Matt Zapatoski, if that is his name, he felt this was a compelling story, as they do all over the media, because again, it's a pseudo story.

1:58.0

It's just something to concoct manufacturer news. Trump would have been charged with obstruction where he not president hundreds of former federal, okay, federal prosecutors assert.

2:09.0

Now you know we have a problem in the federal prosecutor's court. If clowns like this are signing letters like this, they weren't even involved in the case.

2:22.0

And they clearly are mostly constitutional illiterates, because they're not familiar with the 2005 Supreme Court case right on point dealing with obstruction that they're a hero.

2:37.0

Andrew vice-berg. Andrew vice-berg was involved in. And I blame Mueller for this. That volume to his report opened the door to all this.

2:50.0

So every clown, former prosecutor, and they're everywhere, they're a dime a dozen. That's right. I said it. They're a dime a dozen. The liberals out of the woods.

3:02.0

And I also want some pros, who gives a damn. More than 374 federal prosecutors who worked in Republican and Democratic administrator, and I'll let stop there. If you're a federal prosecutor, 99% of federal prosecutors worked in Republican or Democratic administrator.

3:23.0

You know why Mr. Producer? Because they're civil servants, they're career. They're career. So to say they worked in Republican and Democratic administrations is to say nothing.

3:35.0

But let's continue with this problem. Have signed on to a statement asserting special counsel Robert Mueller, the third's findings. What a produced obstruction charges against President Trump. If not for the office, he held.

3:47.0

Now ladies and gentlemen, listen to how stupid that is. How stupid these former federal prosecutors are. But for the fact that the president of the United States holds the office that he holds.

4:00.0

And but for the fact that he did not. Did not assert attorney client privilege or executive privilege as a result of being president of the United States holding the office he holds. There would have been no investigation.
