Judge Emmett Sullivan, if in fact Judge Emmett Sullivan goes through with this amicus brief

friend of the court position that he's taken, he should be removed from the bench.

This is a criminal case. It's not a civil case. It's not an appellate case.

It's not a Supreme Court case. He is the trial lawyer, excuse me, the trial judge in the courtroom.

And now to be asking partisans, former Watergate prosecutors, I'm going to every one of them as a Democrat. Richard Benveniste,

a hardcore left-wing Democrat, as were most of them, as are most of them.

But what is that have to do with anything in this case? They're not involved in this case.

They're reading the filings, they're watching the news, they don't have a client in this case.

Now, I can guarantee you if this gets to the Supreme Court in any significant way, they'll reject what this judge is doing.

This judge is completely and utterly out of control. He's at disgrace.

He's inviting friend of the court breeze, Ignoramus. That's what he is.

That's why I don't care how long he's been a judge. He's flesh and blood like everybody else.

So we're going to keep an eye on that because I think this judge in doing this has taken a step too far,
