Summary

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, The media continues to set the stage for the redacted Mueller Report. Nothing good will come from that report; the President didn’t collide with anyone, he wasn't charged and he wasn’t even subpoenaed by Mueller. So what was the point of it all? Was it to distract the American people by talking about this pseudo investigation for two years? Will we now spend two years talking about this redacted report? It's likely that the media will push the obstruction of justice narrative. The problem with that is that the prosecution declined to prosecute because they had no case for obstruction, no case for conspiracy to collude. It's that simple. There should not have ever been an investigation of any kind; Trump was not a perpetrator, in fact, he was the victim in this unsuccessful soft or silent coup of his campaign and presidency. Mueller and Andrew Weissman added the obstruction wording to the report as political sabotage since they couldn't prosecute. They included information that they knew would need to be removed if the report were to be made public. Plus, John Solomon, Executive Vice President and Opinion Contributor of "The Hill" calls in to discuss his new article in anticipation of the Mueller Report being released. Senior Justice Department officials who have seen the report have commented to Solomon that it was written to be more of a political document than a legal document. The most obvious question here is: how could President Obama's White House not have known their own staff was conducting all of this counterintelligence surveillance? 1:11.2	What will the president say? The president's lawyers are preparing a 40-page response.
1:19.2	A couple of things. Nothing good will come out of this report.
1:26.2	What do I mean by that? The president of the United States didn't collude with anybody about anything.
1:31.2	The president of the United States didn't obstruct with anyone for anything or about anything.
1:38.2	And we don't need a report to tell us that.
1:43.2	Typically, when a prosecutor does an investigation, they don't bring charges. It's over.
1:49.2	When Mark, you said a prosecutor can't charge the president of the United States while he's in office.
1:54.2	But what about all those who talked about secret indictments? They didn't do that either.
2:00.2	Nor did Mueller make any challenge through the court system on any kind of subpoena against the president of the United States.
2:09.2	Remember that went on for months? And I predicted he wouldn't because he would lose.
2:14.2	So what was the point of this investigation?
2:18.2	What was the point? The point is to spend two years talking about the investigation.
2:24.2	And now we'll be spending two years talking about a report.
2:28.2	We'll be talking about redactions in the report. We'll be talking about the Attorney General's involvement in the report.
