The listening of the president's press conference and to Dr. Sprix and Fauci, our vice president,

all fabulous people.

I'm a little troubled by a few things. I have to just tell you, this number 1.5 to 2.2 million people

would have died without mitigation.

This is a new series of numbers that were first presented to us this weekend.

And they say they're based in part on what's taken place in Italy and the various models of projections that they have.

Now, for me, it's not a matter of believing or disbelieving and so forth and so on.

It's a matter of reading what's out there. I'm no expert, but I don't believe we were ever going to lose 1.5 million to 2.2 million people.

Because the governors, the president, but even more importantly, our hospitals and medical experts were never going to just sit back

and let this thing, quote unquote, wash through society.

I don't know why they put out this number 1.5 to 2.2 million people without mitigation.

There was always going to be some kind of mitigation.

I'll give you a perfect example, even in my own household.
