So they're now looking at a mileage tax, a federal mileage tax. They're also looking at a federal carbon tax. The American Petroleum Institute says they supported if they can negotiate some kind of a reasonable carbon tax.

So mileage tax, the carbon tax, you'll pay all of it. You know what a carbon tax is? Once again, you inhale, oxygen, you exhale, carbon dioxide. They want a carbon tax.

A mileage tax and a carbon tax. And yes, says the spokes idiot for the idiot today.

Now, last time I checked, you have to amend the Constitution if you want to do something on guns, but apparently not.
