Summary

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, this program is tired of pontificators who haven't spent any time on the issue of Supreme Court nominations weighing in with their misinformation. To think that Democrats can do whatever they want because they control the White House is absurd. They can't just hand out judgeships! The judicial philosophy of any jurist on the high court should be known before a Justice is confirmed. For Ketanji Brown-Jackson to claim that she has no judicial philosophy means she's hiding it, but obviously the hard left has endorsed her because of her judicial philosophy. Then, parents in Florida now have protection against the sexualization of their kindergarten-3rd grade curriculum. The HB 1557 bill reinforces parents' rights and prevents teachers from imposing perverse and inappropriate sexual content on children as young as five years old in grades K-3. LGBTQIA+ activists have joined Disney and ESPN's pushback against the bill claiming that teaching small children about gay sex is a ‘human right.' Later, the Putin wing of the Republican and Democrat Parties and the media reject being called pro-Putin despite their support for Putin. These isolationists and pacifists label anyone against Putin's depravity as neo-con. The truth is that if Putin is not stopped this will impact and threaten America. Afterward, Former Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani joins the show and explains that isolationism will only put the U.S in a position to be a secondary world power behind Russia which will inevitably partner with China to dominate globally. Giuliani also reiterated the importance of the Hunter Biden laptop and what exactly it proves. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

miles of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a non-descript building. We've once again made contact with our leader, Mike. Love them.

Hello America, Mark Levin. Our number is 877-381-3811-8773.

1:38.3

First thing I want to talk about is the United States Supreme Court. Then I'm going to talk about the United States Supreme Court.

1:54.3

Then I want to move right into Ukraine and Russia and then beyond that. What is in this floor to bill that the media, Disney and the activists keep lying about when I get into that too?

2:20.3

I want to get into January 6th more as well. So we've got a lot to cover. This is when I feel like I should be doing an extra one hour podcast if I could fit it into my schedule somehow, but let's plow ahead here.

2:36.3

I am tired of these pontificators who have literally spent no time duking it out, duking it out on the ground. Over the United States Supreme Court, I've spent a lifetime on this issue.

2:56.3

I don't expect everybody to spend a lifetime on this issue, but I have spent a lifetime on this issue. In the idea that the Democrats just get a seat because they're replacing another Democrat without having to fight for it, without having to explain their ideology, without Republicans using this as an opportunity to explain why the Democrats are wrong and why they want to destroy the court and the country is insane.

3:24.3

And I'm even talking about the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee. I'm talking about people in the media, including conservative talk radio, including my friends and colleagues on cable, not all but some.

3:39.3

Well, you know, save the fight for another day. You don't save the fight for another day. Do they? I mean, they're handing out Supreme Court just a seat.

3:51.3

Is that the way they treat our nominees, whether it's replacing a Republican or not? I mean, this is idiotic. Now, we apparently believe in some form of affirmative action. I'm not talking about race. I'm not talking about the color of somebody's skin, but so many seats go to the radical left and so many seats do not.

4:10.3

This is ridiculous. All we insist on is that people who go on the Supreme Court for life, read the Constitution, apply the language and what was intended by those who wrote it. And if that's not your view, you don't belong in a courtroom.

4:28.3

You don't belong in a black robe. It's that simple.

4:34.3

The nominee today says she doesn't have a judicial philosophy, but of course she does. She says that. She says that because she doesn't want to have to explain her judicial philosophy. That's why she has no judicial philosophy.

4:53.3

Then everybody should vote no, what does that mean? But we know she has a judicial philosophy, all the radical organizations wanted her to be the nominee from the critical race theory organizations to the transgender organizations to the national lawyers guilds, all the feminist, they all wanted her.

5:15.3

Obviously she has a judicial ideology and philosophy, which she chooses not to reveal. So we have to wait till she's on the Supreme Court, I guess.

5:26.3

Why do you fight these issues? You fight them to inform the American people to explain to the American people who it is on the left, these Marxists. That's what you do.

5:39.3

You don't just reward the Democrat party and their nominee. She's been extremely radical in Washington, DC. She's voted against Trump every single time.

5:51.3

She's voted for Biden every single time.
