Title 42 remains in place for at least a few more months. The debate brought unlikely allies

together from the Supreme Court. The 5-4 ruling stopped the plan termination, which was supposed to end a week ago on December 21st.

Title 42 is put into effect during the Trump administration to expel migrants citing the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yeah, Foxes, David Spunt there and you know, it's it's one of the ongoing issues we continue to experience on the right.

The seemingly even when we win, we're still losing because title 42 remaining in effect. I mean, is the border not in crisis, for example?

So have we really accomplished much of anything here, even with that ruling? And it's something that I want to dive into.

I've been blessed over the many years that I've guested for the great one, Markle of End to often have an opportunity as we get ready to transition into a new year to kind of take stock of where we are, what's happened and what's next.

And one thing that I've always believed in, I'm a doer, which is weird because at this point, I'm 25 years in radio, which means I do a lot of talking.

But independent of what I do behind the microphone, I am a worker, I'm a I'm a doer. And so I don't like talking and complaining. I like accomplishing things.

So a lot of what we're going to be focusing on today is actually accomplishing something.

Taking stock of where we are, it's title 42 situation has got the good places to start. And what we have learned, what we know and what we need to do going forward. So we're going to talk a little bit about that, including a road map, much of which we can enact from right here in my home state of Florida.
