when will I be back on January 7th, Mr. Producer, something like that? Two weeks. Lots of things to do during two weeks. Unfortunately, none of its vacation. But that said, so where this is going to be a blockbuster show. Now, why is that? You know, you know what amazes me? You've got this left wing outrageous law professor from Harvard.

Who testifies in the most grotesque way as a special pleader for impeachment during the House Judiciary Committee hearing at the request of Jerry Nadler in the radical Democrats.

And he's being quoted all day. It's okay to quote him a little. I've done that. Now, I pointed out what the majority leader of the Senate should do and he should do it quickly.

Nancy Pelosi refused to appoint these managers, which is not compiled by the Constitution, to bring the case to the Senate.

And so the Senate feels apparently obliged at least initially to sit there like a bunch of senators bumps on the log, bump on the log, and wait around for Nancy Pelosi.

And yet the sole power to conduct a trial is in the Senate. Now, there's a number of issues here. Must the Senate hold a trial under the Constitution? The Constitution's silent. So the answer's no.

It doesn't say it must. It says it has the sole power in the case of impeachment. So it has discretion. I don't know how you reach an opposite conclusion if you're just following it logically, but it's silent on the issue.

So it doesn't compel it has the practice been that the Senate holds a trial. Yes. But that's the practice. That's the precedent. It's not the Constitution per se.

If the speaker of the house chooses to take a recess, she controls the schedule. She controls the vacation. She controls everything in the house to represent her. She's the closest thing to a dictator we actually have in this country.

And she says, I'm not sending any information. The article's over there. My manager's over there until I'm happy with the rules that are going to be put in place by the Senate.

And by the way, we're taking two, three weeks off. So you have a nation in a situation where only the Democrats and some did not, but the vast majority of Democrats, not a single Republican voted to impeach a president in the United States and doesn't want it adjudicated.

So politically, they feel they have the best of both worlds, although I believe they're shooting themselves in the temple, but that's a different issue.

Our Constitution has never been abused this way, ladies and gentlemen, never. It's never been abused this way in terms of what the House Intelligence Committee did, what the House Judiciary Committee did, what Nancy Pelosi did on her own, declaring that there would be an impeachment inquiry.

We've never seen anything like this before throughout our history. So let's go closest to the time when our Constitution was ratified and adopted by the nation.

What Nancy Pelosi's doing would be rejected. It wasn't done. We don't have to look back to Nixon. We don't have to look back to Clinton. We don't have to look even back to Johnson.

The fact is that the impeachment's that were conducted, including with judges, closest to the adoption of our Constitution and its ratification, look nothing like what Nancy Pelosi's done.

And keep in mind, she's of a mindset where they don't care about the Constitution and they don't care about American history.
