And I'm going to tell you something. This will get the left very, very upset, excited.

Donald Trump has turned out to be the most consequential president, one of the most consequential presidents in modern times.

There's simply no question about it. Donald Trump has turned out to be one of the most consequential presidents in modern times.

And by being so, the media have destroyed themselves, and the Democrat party has destroyed itself.

What do they stand for? Before I get into all that, I want to get into this issue of the Constitution and Libertarianism.

Ben Shapiro's Sunday show, some time ago, he asked me a question. It was a very good question.

And I'll paraphrase it. Mark, the Constitution, your interpretation.

What kind of approach do you take? Libertarian approach or some other approach?

I believe that was the question in substance.

And my answer, again paraphrasing, and I'll give it now.

You don't interpret the Constitution ideologically. You interpret the Constitution.

You attempt to discern what the framers meant, what the language meant at the time.

You don't bring a Libertarian approach, nationals approach, Marx's approach, populist approach, or a constitutionalist.
