Summary

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the Democrats have impeached the President of the United States and as such, they cast their votes for impeachment based on the case that they themselves made in the House. They must now defend their impeachment. The Senate is not voting on articles of impeachment, the Senate is voting on the evidence already provided by the house. Their vote to impeach was based on their investigation and evidence; this is not a trial in civil or criminal court. Republicans in the Senate have a duty to uphold the Constitution and have a trial based on the evidence already presented by the House in their articles of impeachment. Despite their majority in the House the Democrats could not convince a single republican to join them in voting for their unconstitutional articles of impeachment. 1:01.0	First things first. It's very simple. The Democrats and the House of Representatives impeached the
1:10.0	President of the United States. They're supposed to make their case based on the vote they took
1:17.0	in the House of Representatives to impeach the President of the United States.
1:21.0	Not to embellish it, not add to it. Why did they impeach the President of the United
1:29.0	States based on what evidence? Not that we need more evidence. We need more witnesses.
1:40.0	They keep repeating themselves about trials in civil and criminal courts. This isn't a trial in civil and criminal court.
1:47.0	Then they keep repeating themselves about past impeachments where witnesses were loud and so forth.
1:53.0	This is completely different. The Democrats and the House of Representatives have treated this
1:59.0	President like Lope Treb President has been treating an American history. Period.
2:06.0	So there's nothing similar about this to anything.
2:11.0	Which is why the United States Senate, the Republicans in the majority, have a duty to uphold the Constitution against the House,
2:20.0	Democrats and the House managers. Two of those committee chairman are House managers with Adam Schiff leading the management team.
