The President has put together a fantastic legal team, in my opinion. It will serve him very, very well.

I hear a lot of the legal arguments they're going to be making, and you've heard them here behind the microphone.

No, I'm not providing informal advice behind the scenes. I provide advice right here, behind the microphone,

to anyone who will listen. And from what I can see on these news reports, they are, in fact,

going to challenge these articles as unconstitutional, the whole process, the attack on the office of the presidency.

And I'm very pleased, Professor Dershwitz will have a role, and he says his role is to defend the Constitution, and he's right.

But I want to start the program on something you probably won't expect.

I want you to see what happens, on a red state,

which emphasizes relative freedom over government. He's taken over by the Democrats.

By one vote in the state Senate, and five votes in the General Assembly.

And I'm talking about the Commonwealth of Virginia. Now, a lot of you in other states, oh, it's a big deal.

Because you look at this and see the potential that exists nationwide should a Democrat win the presidency.

Virginia has said relatively low taxes, relatively low taxes on gasoline, relatively few regulations.

Really, when it comes to the second amendment, it has been one of the better states.
