One of the reasons I spend so much time on this January 6th committee is because if I don't push back who's going to seriously, it is held Congress, two individuals in contempt for not appearing before this committee.

Now regardless of all the other arguments, would you appear before a committee that is so perverse in its makeup and its purpose?

When you hear what these people say publicly, would you participate in a hearing be compelled by subpoena to testify on a committee that has Adam Schiff on the committee and raskin on the committee and others who you know are basically Marx's hitmen and hit women?

This is a real thing. Would you participate knowing for well that your testimonies in secret and only if you accommodate what they demand will it be made public?

They're videotaping every deposition, but you're not seeing every deposition. In fact, they refuse to release the transcripts of the depositions.

And so you have what I've been calling this Stalinist operation.

And then if you don't participate in it and expose yourself to all kinds of legal consequences, including losing your liberty.

This Pelosi-run committee then resorts to contempt of Congress, goes to the Pelosi-run Democrat-controlled House and gets a vote to hold you in contempt.

Then they take these votes, they've held several people in contempt, and then they refer the matter to the Democrat-controlled U.S. Attorney's Office and Department of Justice with Biden appointees.

And then they decide to make examples of two of these individuals, Peter Navarro and Stephen Bannon. It doesn't matter what you think of these people. It's beside the point we are lectured to constantly about how people who have clearly murdered somebody or alleged to have murdered somebody.

We have lectured constantly about systemic inequity, systemic inequality. We are lectured constantly about our justice system being unfair. Well, ladies and gentlemen, nobody has monopoly control over that. That's obvious.

In Washington, D.C., where the Democrats control every single lever of power, whether it's local government or the federal government, whether it's the Office of the Federal Prosecutor or the Office of the Attorney General, they control all that takes place.

And if they want to target you, they're going to target you. Now, this is why we have judges, especially federal judges. They're supposed to be referees. They're supposed to look at this.

Now, the only person who's ever been convicted of contempt for one of these political operations is really about half a century ago. His name was G Gordon Litty.

And Judge Sireka, who was politically corrupt in my view, he wanted to make an example of him. He threw him in prison for 20 years.

He got out in five.
