Hey, hi, Jesse. Good morning. Just one quick correction. I've never been a lobbyist. Oh. And I just want to correct the record on that. I am ripping. I want you to hear this. You ready? I just ripped up the sheet of paper that this had on. I don't like, I don't like fake news. Sorry about that, Monica. But let's. Yeah, no, no, that's okay. I'm not saying I wouldn't do it in the future, but I have never done it so far. Well, Monica, let's talk about this week. Did anything happen this week you want to talk about it? When you think about... I don't know. When you think about this. It's early August, slow news week.week yeah when you think about his third indictment

and it looks like a fourth one's coming but his popularity trump's popularity is so high his poll numbers

have just increased since the first indictment why do you think that is well you know you know, it's interesting in politics.

You know, coming from the other side, I remember during the Bill Clinton impeachment effort, being absolutely flabbergasted that as the impeachment move forward against Bill Clinton, that his poll numbers went up.

And I thought, well, you know, people are

making a judgment here. They're weighing the facts. They're weighing the situation. And they

have decided to rally around the president. And I think in the case of Donald Trump, it's that

dynamic on steroids. So Donald Trump is like the super hero who every time he's hit, he grows stronger.

And in the case of Trump, these indictments are like Popeye spinach.

and I made this point that these indictments and every single attack on Donald Trump

from the very beginning from the moment he came down the escalator have been like

Popeye spinach they strengthen him so they don't just strengthen him personally

which they do and they don't just strengthen him personally which they do and they don't just strengthen him

um in terms of his political courage to go forward but it strengthens him nationally as well

because people take a look at what's going on and they're like you know if he had just once, you know, over the course of the last eight years or twice, people might say, well, maybe he deserved it.

Maybe he did do something wrong.

But just this relentless pile on, this inability of the left and the unity party and the press to stop piling on Donald Trump

has encouraged a lot of people to take a second look at him and what he's being accused of
