For those who you don't know me, I'm on with Len and Michael in the morning. I co-host, always in fashion,

anchor for law and crime. But most importantly, I am here with you today. A lot to get into. We got Trump's indictment. That's number three, if you're counting.

I'm sure we got number four coming out.

Fannie Willis out in Georgia can't seem to contain her excitement.

We got Joe Biden's weird coffee video that I think is going to turn everyone to a lighter roast.

Got the disaster that is Hunter Biden.

Eric Adams, the migrant crisis.

It's only getting worse. But I want to

start right now with Trump. So the former president was arraigned again yesterday out in Washington,

D.C. by Jack Smith, his third criminal indictment. And if you think that this is going to stop

Trump, you would be so wrong. His poll numbers are through the roof. It's like after every indictment, he gets stronger

and stronger. He leads almost 40 points over Ronda Santis. And if you look at other polls, if you were to

look at a general election right now between Trump and Biden, they're almost neck and neck. So if he's hit

with a fourth indictment in Georgia, which is very likely, again, the DA there, Fannie

Willis, is given every tease that this is going to happen. She's almost giddy about it. I'm sure

that if he's hit with it, his numbers are going to go even higher. And his popularity is grown

since the first indictment. Why? Maybe because a lot of people see this as politically motivated.

If you think about it, is an average voter going to take the time to really read the intricacies

of this indictment, to study the timeline of Jack Smith's investigation, to try to understand

why these charges were brought and why they were brought now? No. No, of course not.
