Hey, we'll talk to the great pollster John McLaughlin in a moment.

The big news this hour, the Supreme Court has ruled the president does have immunity for official acts.

Anything he would do as president doesn't necessarily have it for an unofficial act.

But to determine what's unofficial, you'd have to go to the district court.

And that could be a long process to get a ruling from them.

What does this mean?

It means anything January 6-related would be considered an official act.

The president talking about the upcoming congressional voting and all that and talking about crowds coming to Washington.

That's part of a president's duties. That's what a president does, speaks out on these sort of issues, addresses the public.

So that, all that January 6th stuff, president has immunity on that. Now, and the other things,

well, they are going to have to, again, Jack Smith would have to go to the lower courts. A lot of

legal experts, well, we'll get back to this we got uh the best pollster in the world
