Supreme Court ruling just moments ago, this is the critical one.

The made two parts of this rule, this is about immunity,

and everybody thought they would split it down the middle somewhere. So they sort of have,

although it leans more towards favorable to Trump, Supreme Court has ruled, the president does

have immunity for any official act as president.

Anything he does officially in his capacity as president, he does have immunity.

Now, for unofficial acts, he may have immunity, but that has to be determined by lower courts,

by district courts.

So if you're going to claim

that something was not an official act you would have to take it to a district court and get it

judge there that's a time-consuming process so this really hurts jack smith that weird bug-eyed weirdo

hitman they brought in.

His problem is, if you want to go after the January 6th stuff, the president encouraging

it or this is what they're claiming, it won't work.

He has immunity.
