Not so well, Mark. I just saw those new numbers. You probably just saw them this morning, too, on the producer price index, and it's up almost 11%.

I thought Joe Biden said inflation is not a problem. And we've got the worst behind us, But clearly, no, it's just, it's, it's, it's quite a, quite a disaster right now with these, with these, you know, big increases and prices across the board. And, you know, it's funny, I've been traveling around the country. I've been to about five states in the last, a couple weeks. And when I tell people, you know, we've got eight and a half percent inflation, people get angry at me. They say, it's not eight and a half percent. What are you talking about, you dumb economists? It's more like we're paying 20, 25 percent because people are seeing the, you know, the things they buy every day, the gasoline at the pump, which is up 70 percent, food prices up 25%, you know, rental cars up 30%,

all the things that you have to buy are just really crushing people.

So I just, I'm kind of angry, actually.

Isn't it true that over the last couple decades, when they change the way they calculate inflation,

they change it so you get a lower

number. So it's actually more like 12 than eight, right? Well, you know, look, there's been a lot of

changes, and many of which I've supported, which because, you know, when something gets more

expensive, you buy less of it. So, you know, but right now, everything's more expensive.

I find something that's falling in price these days. But my point is, you know, but right now everything's more expensive. I find something that's falling in price these days.

But my point is, you know, the things that you have to buy, you know,

don't you love, by the way, this concept of core inflation, folks,

that's inflation not counting food and energy.
