I'm so happy that we have our next guest on, a former New Yorker,

and she's proud to say she's a former New Yorker,

because she was smart enough during the pandemic when everything got shut down,

and her kids were forced to learn their school lessons on iPads like mine were.

And I didn't have the guts to do it and get down to Florida.

Hi, Joe. Thanks so much for having me. And you know, Florida is still available for you.

I know. I could do that tomorrow. Couldn't I? I mean, right now, I think it's like 30-something

degrees here, and it's going to be cold all week as it normally is here in December. Describe the weather conditions where you are right now. So it's freezing here. It's like 68 degrees. We don't know what to do with ourselves.

We had to pull out our sweatshirts. Everybody's complaining about it. It's a whole thing over here.

Oh, the ultimate torture. Good for you. Hey, I'm curious. I've got to get your thoughts.

Obviously, the big story of the day is that Donald Trump is temporarily off the ballot in Colorado for Democratic judges there.

Three Ivy League educated, no surprise, voted to rule, I should say, to take him off of this ballot.

I argue today on Fox and Friends that this will have a boomerang effect, that this will

ultimately only help Trump because clearly people see this for what it is, and that's the

weaponization of our justice system.

Absolutely. And I've seen so many people today on Twitter who start, you know, their tweet

with, I have no affection for Donald Trump, but I don't like Donald Trump, but I, you know,

don't think Donald Trump should be president, but, and they end up, you know, arguing that obviously

he should be on the ballot. It's absurd that anybody should even halfway imagine that he shouldn't be
