There's that Kathy, whatever her name is, where there's stupid numbers that are never right.

We all use this Castle app, which measures the swiping of the cards, how many people are back to work.

But you had a great column about it.

Maybe we can't trust that app either.

Thanks. Well, here's the thing. I think by Kathy, you probably mean Catherine Wilde,

the head of the partnership from New York City. And I have a lot of respect for her and them.

I think their numbers are a lot better, a lot more accurate than Castle Systems Back to Work

Barometer. Now, this Castle Barometer has been, castles, they provide security services to work barometer. Now this castle barometer has been,

castles, they provide security services to office buildings around the country. And ever

since almost the beginning of the pandemic, they published these weekly updates, usually come

out on Tuesday of office occupancy the previous week in percentage terms for 10 cities, including New York.

And everybody quotes them, everybody cites them.

It's been regarded as the gospel.

The mayor has mentioned them several times.

However, their survey, as I wrote, is so deeply flawed, leaves out so much information as to be in my book, not useless,
