I'm Mark Stephen and that's a blackbird.

And I'm Ian McElwraith and I'm not a blackbird.

But this week I've been getting some amazing photographs of dolphins,

not from my camera, but a truly incredible guy in North Kessik in the Morifirth.

And I've been hearing about the Gaelic names for shellfish.

I was down in the wilds of Kintyre.

And out with a guy called Marcus Stitts, he's basically developing this idea called bikepacking

where you go out with ultra-lightweight gear.

And it's a great way

of accessing the countryside we could not have picked a worse day to try this out to say i got

soaked to the skin as a mild understatement fantastic anyway in the same area from 2009 to 2014

napdale and agar was the site of the scottish be. Ollie Hemings and Pete Creech were both involved with the trials

and have subsequently gone on to set up something called the Heart of Argyle Wildlife Company

to promote the areas of wildlife tourism destination.
