For the past week or so, I've been engaged with a novel, a first novel called Square Wave.

I didn't use any sort of template or draw inspiration in some ways that, I mean, I've heard of authors,

like say Marlon James with his seven killings recently,

to sort of structure the confusion or structure the chaos of the book.
