0:03.0	Our talk this morning is called the spiritual maternity of Mary.
0:09.0	And we're going to be building on the things that we talked about last night, about the great
0:14.5	attributes of our lady.
0:16.9	The topic this morning is how do we respond to such a woman?
0:21.6	Who is she for us or in our lives?
0:25.6	And how do we respond to her?
0:27.6	We know that she's the mother of God.
0:29.6	She's also our mother.
0:31.6	And she deserves a response as such.
0:36.6	We'll begin this morning. Well, first let's renew our basic intention.
0:41.4	We've come here this weekend to focus the eyes of our hearts on our lady and to remain in a state of
0:49.0	really thinking about her. In order to really understand her as deeply as we can,
0:55.0	in order to love her all the more,
0:57.0	we want to bring in a number of principles,
1:00.0	but we don't want the principles to become the focus.
1:02.0	We want her to remain the focus.
1:04.0	So I'm going to bring in two principles to begin with this morning.
1:08.0	The first is a metaphysical principle.
1:10.0	The other is a theological principle. So here comes the metaphysical principle.
