There is an appeal going on, and it has to do with a judge in California who recently overturned the state's physician-assisted suicide law.

California, like several other states, lets you have or ask a doctor to help you kill yourself.

And that's the physician-assisted suicide.

Now, there are a bunch of rules, and it's typical, and the rules make it almost impossible to begin with, but you have to be terminally ill. In other words, there has to be a diagnosis. You have six months to live. You have to tell two doctors that you want to kill yourself because of pain, et cetera, and effectively, you have to jump through so many hoops. You're just better off taking a gun and sticking in your mouth. Okay, that's just much easier. It's a little messy, you know, as your brains get
