Marginal legal advice where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

All right, the ongoing wars between religion and birth control.

This is a Texas Health Center and four residents of the county filed a lawsuit against the United States,

claiming that a portion of the Affordable Care Act,

Obamacare, provides free birth control to women, and they're saying that's an attack on our religious freedom. Why? Because federal regulations mandate that all employers offer insurance to provide plans with free coverage for birth control,

and they're saying that is against our religious belief.

It's a health and wellness center.

It's a Christian-owned business near Houston, owned by a doctor, and his business required him under Obamacare

to provide 75 employees with birth control, the contraceptive mandate, and he is suing,

uh-huh, no way, because birth control, in his view, is tantamount to abortion.

Really?

Birth control is tantamount to abortion.

I would argue abortion is tantamount to abortion.

And I would think birth control is birth control.

And so, you know what?

I got to tell you, if we follow that logic, every time a woman has a period that's tantamount to abortion or an atopic pregnancy or a miscarriage.

I guess, of course, the argument is going to, well, that's God wanting to do that.

So here's another one, which I love.

This is the suit.

They believe requiring employers to provide contraception encourages illicit sexual activity outside of marriage.

Huh? Birth control means you're going to stup more outside of marriage, huh?
