0:34.8	Thank you. Thanks. Great to be here. Thanks, Reed. Yeah, good to have you here. And I'm going to start
0:40.5	off just having each of you tell a little bit about your background so everyone knows why they should
0:47.6	listen to you today. Sure. So I'll jump in. So my background actually was originally chemical
0:55.1	engineering. So clearly, I've had a career change. And I did. I worked in corporate for 18 years.
1:04.1	And towards the end of my career, I had a work from home job, which meant I watched a lot of
1:09.7	TV, frankly, and I was pretty uninspired, right? I loved what I did in certain ways, but it wasn't
1:17.1	my passion. And it didn't really feel like something that was actually making a difference
1:23.5	except for like an $87 billion dollar company. So I turned on the TV one day and I saw Wayne
1:29.2	Dyer doing power of intention. And you know, my jaw sort of hit the floor and stayed there. And then
1:35.6	I started arguing with Wayne Dyer on TV on public television. What? What? I like, what do you mean,
1:42.0	find your passion and set your intention? Because in my mind, I could only do a couple of things
1:48.3	in the state of Massachusetts because I had a chemical engineering degree. And it just opened
1:54.4	me up to this whole journey that was kind of who I've always been was was wanting to really help
2:02.8	people, really support people, really mentor people in a way that I dreamed about since childhood.
2:10.0	And you know, as a family of eight children, my brothers and sisters and I with an engineer
2:16.5	dad, we read a lot of comic books read. We read a lot of superhero comic books. And there was
2:24.9	something about that connection to the hero and the hero's journey and superpowers that always
2:32.2	stuck with me because there's something about every hero and every superhero. They have a backstory.
