Today's guest is Kimberly Gallagher and Kimberly's the co-founder of Learning Herbs.

And we've done two books with the Learning Herbs group of people,

which one was called Alchemy of Herbs. And the other one was called Wild Remedy.

Kimberly didn't write those, but she was part of the company that oversees them.

And this one, she's the author of herself. And it's called Aphrodisiac, the herbal path to

healthy sexual fulfillment and vital living. How you doing, Kimberly?

I'm doing well. Thanks, Reed.

So you co-founded Learning Herbs with John Gallagher, your husband. And I guess,

can you tell us a little bit about why you started this company and how you got an interest in herbs?

Yeah. So we started really learning about herbs, about the times that our kids were coming into the

world. John was doing an herbal apprenticeship at a place called Ravencroft Garden. And I was

helping him out with that. And we were just, you know, starting to use herbs as medicine

within our family. And we got so excited about what we were learning and how easy it was to

really nourish and heal our family using plants that grew right around us. And we thought, wow,

everyone should really have access to this information. It was really fun to, you know,

be able to raise our kids in a way where the plants were just part of their growing up. So

they didn't really know anything different. And so we really started Learning Herbs as a way

to share that knowledge with more people and more families. That's great. And what got you

interested in the whole Aphrodisiac part of herbs? Yeah, that's a great. That's a big jump from

helping with the kids. It isn't. It isn't. You know, my first project at Learning Herbs was to

create Wildcraft, which is a board game that teaches kids about edible and medicinal plants
